Dr. Best is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed under stressful situations when you are at the dentist.
My wife called this location about an appointment is middle September 2017. She was told by the phone operator at the location who also was part of the office staff that this business had worked with the insurance that we pay good money for and that 'there should not be any problems".
Dr. Best and staff gave me the best experience I have ever had with dental service! The whole team is warm, compassionate and excellent at their job!
Friendly, courteous, organized, great staff. Great magazines in the waiting room but I never get to read them because I never have to wait!
There was a problem. Our insurance was no good for them. I called and complained in a very polite way outlining why I was upset for the 256 dollar dental bill which I would ordinary only have paid 15-30 dollars for the visit since my insurance would normally have covered the cost. The office staff/phone operator told me that it is the consumers responsibility to make sure that our insurance is good for the service. I tend to agree. That is what my lovely wife tried to do. She asked if they could take our insurance. She was told that "there should not be any problems".
My wife said the dental service was adequate. I am sure that the dental side of things are probably just fine however, I would not recommend a business relationship with these folks because, they do not know much about how to go about doing business or customer service. No service or compensation was offered for the error.
Dr. Best and her staff are as delightful as they are professional. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Best's skill, knowledge, and competence.
