Great kid friendly office..... always been satisfied with the service and never had an issue, always answer my questions and always explain everything to me... couldn't ask for more.

I sat in the office at 9am with the other 15 or so people and decided we would never come back, but if things went smoothly from then on, I might let them look at my daughter. We were called back into a hallway and asked to call a medical doctor to provide proof that she's my kid. I finally told her that we were just going to go. She looked pretty pleased and said, OK. The attitude from the office was something I had never seen before.
the dr. is very personable, will explain things to u so that u can understand. Great place to take your child.
I called them last week about my daughter's tooth. She needed to be seen and they got her in very quickly. I was told over the phone to bring ID and the child's insurance card. I don't have the insurance card. She's disabled and I was never given one. I made it CRYSTAL clear that I didn't have it before I hung up the phone. She took my daughter's SSN and looked up the information. She said not to worry, she had found it in the system, to just bring my ID.
Dr. Pope-Ozimba, I have no idea what you or your staff in the back of the office can do because I couldn't get past the front desk. Your staff is horrible. I've had better customer service in a Walmart on a Friday night..
My son was suppose to have oral surgery in November. Kept getting different information from each person I talked to and found out it was never sent fast forward to February his surgery was scheduled but he was very sick took him to his pediatrician found out he had flu B and she would not approve his surgery. We were both told that the next appointment would be scheduled for April. No one every called me about his date so I called today and found it his appointment was never rescheduled and now they are saying he has to wait until June. They are the most unorganized, disfunctional dental office I have ever been to. The girl I keep talking to has no idea about surgery and continues to answer my questions anyway. Which I think is very unprofessional. I have had my last talk with them. I asked to speak with the doctor or office manager and of course I didn't get one. So i'm done with this office. Don't take your kids here. Your staff is horrible and need to be trained in customer service or find a whole new staff.
I showed up today for my appointment after driving an hour with a special needs child that doesn't like to sit and is very nervous around people. At the counter, within seconds I encountered the BIGGEST attitude I've ever seen in customer service. I told her that I didn't have the insurance card and she threw my license across the desk and answered a phone call in the middle of my sentence without so much as a "hold on, please". After the call, I tried to explain that I had spoken to someone etc. The person I spoke to walks up to the desk and she has more attitude than the first woman!! She tells me that in the last 4 days I should have been able to get a new insurance card and that I should have also brought the child's social security card. I reminded her of our conversation, but it didn't matter. She wanted PROOF that the child was mine. I have NEVER had someone in a dental office demand physical evidence that I am the parent of a child. I have the driver's license, I'm the primary on her insurance.. she's mine. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics for the abscess by my dentist in Tifton with confirmation from this office that it was necessary. She fought me on that, too!! She told me she didn't talk to anyone and that it couldn't be true. She asked me to sit down.
