Every time, I go to Vital Smiles, I have the pleasure of seeing, Melba P.Patterson. Her personality is Awesome. She Lights the room up with her smile.She Always makes me, and my kids feel at home. I may walk into their office, with a little pain, but I always walk out with a Smile....When in doubt, Melba, seems to always have the right words, to make me feel comfortable, and glad I chose their Dentist office over any other. My wife took our son for his appointment which was scheduled for 4 pm. She arrived at 3:50 pm and advised the lady at the front desk that she was there for our son's appointment. The woman at the counter responded immediately and stated no ma'am he(orthodontist)does not except appointments after 3:30pm. She checked her computer and it even showed my son was scheduled for 4pm, but she still refused to except him. My wife drove all the way from Adel which is an hour and a half drive to be there before 4, only to be turned away by someone who was probably just in a hurry to leave. My son has had several appointments at the same time in the past and has never been turned away. This was very unprofessional by someone who is supposed to hold their self to a higher standard. I would advise anyone who is treated like this by any company to voice your complaints and not let people get away with this behavior.
My daughter has been going to Vital Smiles- Albany since her very first teeth cleaning. She absolutely loves it there. The service was professional and the staff was very friendly but Mrs. Melba was all she talked about after visiting. I would recommend ALL my family and friends to Vital Smiles.

Everytime I take my kids to Vital Smiles, in Albany GA., my kids feel very welcome. The kids have toys to play with and television to watch. Melba Polite Patterson come get my kids, when it is their turns to go to the back. Melba calms my kids nerves and have them where they're not afraid to see the dentist. Mrs. Patterson is very knowledgeable about her job and she is great with kids. I would recommend Vital Smiles and Melba to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.
